- – Monthly financial reports i.e. balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements and equity statement
- – CFO services including budgeting and forecasting of financial performance, financial statements analytical reviews and variances report
- – Key reconciliations for banks, suppliers and receivables
- – Keeping fixed assets register
- – Maintaining payroll data of employees
- – Maintaining Inventory records
- – Keeping records of suppliers and customer balances at a particular point in time
- – Calculation of corporate tax to be recorded in books in accordance with the Federal tax authority regulations
- – Keeping relevant records and calculation for VAT and Input taxes with calculations to be filed with Federal tax authority
- – Recommending internal control processes for key business functional processes i.e revenue, purchases, inventory, fixed assets, treasury, to reduce the risk of misappropriation of fraud and error
- – Coordinating with external auditors and other regulatory authorities to provide required information
